The Unique Learning Ecosystem

HA:KU Academy (HA) employs a three tiered learning model that develops students into “Future Facilitators”. Students start each praxis by minting a digital NFT that serves as a Record of Learning Experience (ROLE). During and post training students have opportunities to earn NFT upgrade and other rewards. Students also receive a certification after completing a praxis and can pause the learning journey at any time. Completion of all three praxis is a gateway to internships, careers and monetization opportunities. For example, “Future Facilitators” will have the opportunity to be HA:KU Academy instructors.

  • PRAXIS 1: Future Leadership Intelligence

  • PRAXIS 2: Global Navigator

  • PRAXIS 3: Future Facilitator

  • PRAXIS 1: Future Leadership Intelligence

Teens develop the cognitive and emotional capacity to think about the future. They learn how to lead others and collaborate through real-world, task-based simulations that inspire critical thinking and imagination. Students explore the impact of a digital :AI future on the human experience and how to develop resilience as the future emerges.

  • PRAXIS 2: Global Navigators

Students apply what they learned in Praxis 1 to participate in a global future simulation. Teams are given an organization use as a vehicle to explore the future. Teams strive to reach organizational goals while navigating complex, uncertain and exponential global changes. They learn how to collaborate and develop an understanding network effect within a highly connected and diverse digital/AI global multiverse.

  • PRAXIS 3: Future Facilitators

Students learn how to facilitate foresight experiments and simulations. They will have the opportunity to become a HA:KU Facilitator and Trainer or work with HA:KU partnering organization to apply their skill and knowledge. This is an earn-to-learn and train-the-trainer model of learning that allows students to see the real-world relevance of their education.

According to a survey of fortune 1000 CEOs, the cognitive & emotional capacity to “think like a futurist” is the most important skill for the next generation of leaders.

HA:KU Academy focuses on developing the areas that are essential for the future, but neglected in formal education : Critical Thinking, Social-Emotional Resilience, Practical Task-Based Learning, Future Thinking & Foresight, Coherent Leadership, Collaborative Decision Making, and Sense-making in a Complex World.
